Gary Ford, 59 year-old Priority Club® Rewards member from Pacific City, Oregon, was recently named the grand prize winner of the "Any Hotel, Anywhere" Sweepstakes. Ford won a $25,000 prepaid lodging card, first class airline tickets, and $15,000 to apply to taxes associated with the prize receipt.

In July 2005, InterContinental Hotels Group revolutionized the hotel loyalty program industry by introducing the "Any Hotel, Anywhere" redemption option. "Any Hotel, Anywhere" gives Priority Club Rewards members the option to redeem points for a prepaid lodging card that can be used for payment anywhere American Express® Cards are welcome, including IHG's competitors (nearly 500,000 properties worldwide). To celebrate, IHG launched the "Any Hotel, Anywhere" Sweepstakes in August.

Ford is an Army veteran and retired firefighter. He and his wife, Pearl, a homemaker and retired dental assistant, have already chosen Mexico as one of the two locations they plan to visit in celebration of their 40th wedding anniversary. In addition to his wife, Ford has elected to take his three grown children on his "Any Hotel, Anywhere" travels.
